Born in Houston and raised in Memphis, my artistic journey began at just three years old. Sparked by a traumatic incident involving my father, I created my first drawing as a way to process my fear and find hope. I remained largely self-taught, winning numerous childhood competitions, until formally honing my techniques in high school. This dedication eventually earned me a full scholarship to the University of Memphis, allowing me to expand my creative disciplines beyond painting and drawing to include photography and graphic design. Today, my work is driven by the "wow factor"—the joy and intrigue I can spark in an onlooker. I create with the philosophy that nothing is truly new under the sun; instead, we all build upon each other's creativity, contributing our own unique pieces to help the next artistic flower blossom.
